Privacy Policy
Voodoo Services ("we") runs voodoocommunity.com. This policy explains what we collect about community owners and why. Each community runs on its owner's own server: the owner of that community is responsible for the personal data of its members. We don't receive community members' messages.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, a securely hashed password, and (if you turn it on) your two-step login settings.
- Communities: each community's name, domain, software version and licence status, and a regular check-in from its server (version, whether its files are intact).
- Payments: Store orders (feature, period, amount, status, transaction reference). Card and crypto payments are handled by Voodoo Pay; we don't see or store card numbers.
- Security logs: sign-ins, important account changes and the IP address they came from, kept to protect accounts.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To provide the Service you signed up for (contract).
- To keep accounts and the platform secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
- To keep payment and tax records (legal obligation).
Sharing
