What you're buying

Premium features for one community (for example Sport, Opening hours, Auto-delete or the Android app) for the period you choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. A feature switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed and switches off when the period ends. Buying more time adds it on to the end.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include any taxes that apply [if VAT registered: including VAT]. Payments are processed by Voodoo Pay by card or crypto. Crypto payments count once the network confirms them.

Refunds

• Because a feature starts working straight away, you agree it starts immediately and you lose the 14-day cancellation right once it's switched on (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
• If a feature doesn't work and we can't fix it within [7] days of you telling us, we'll refund the unused part of that period.
• If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, contact us within [30] days and we'll put it right.
• Crypto refunds are made in the same coin to an address you give us, at the value of the original payment.
