Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of voodoocommunity.com and the Voodoo Community software ("the Service"), provided by Voodoo Services ("we", "us").

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an owner account.
Keep your password (and your two-step login codes, if you use them) private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account, security and billing.

Each community runs on a server and domain that you control. You are responsible for your community, its content, its members and its moderation, and for following the laws that apply to you and your members (including data protection law).
You must not use the Service for anything illegal, to harass or harm people, to share content that sexualises minors, to spread malware, or to infringe other people's rights.
We may suspend the licence for a community that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where it's reasonable we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

The community software is licensed, not sold. You may run it only for communities registered to your account, and you must not modify it: edited files cause the community to lock itself.
Updates are signed by us. Security updates may be required to keep a community's licence active.

Premium features are bought for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and stop working when the period ends unless you buy more time.
Prices are shown in GBP. Payments are processed by Voodoo Pay. See Refunds & Store terms.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is". We aren't liable for losses caused by your server, your hosting provider, your members, or events outside our control.
Keep your own backups and your community's recovery key. We can't restore data we never held.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time from Account (delete your communities first).
We may end or change the Service with reasonable notice.
